Ryan is kicking off a new season of seniors as school is about to begin! I was so grateful that Ryan’s parents wanted me to do his senior portraits. He is such a great young man and he has some wonderful ambitions for his future. Right now I hope his arm finishes healing so he can work on getting a baseball scholarship! Best of luck to you Ryan, and congratulations on entering your senior year!

What a privilege it was to have a session for this young man! When Alie and I bought our first home almost 8 years ago, Derek and his family were our neighbors! When I heard that he was a senior this year and was in need of senior pictures I jumped at the chance to help this great young man. We had been trying for months to schedule the perfect time for his session and we finally were able to get him! I think we got some fabulous portraits that his family will be able to cherish for a long while. Congratulations and we are all so proud of you, Derek!

Derek also took up soccer this year. We had to work in some pictures in his uniform just before they went to play for (and eventually win) the Robertson County Cup! This picture can only be appreciated in a larger view!!
Wow! We have already jumped into fall and into another senior session with Jessica. With fall comes colorful leaves, frost, and cold weather. We had most of these for our shoot, but it seems that the colorful leaves were around for only a day or two. Either way, we still had a great time and we walked away with some great pictures! Just look!

So I had the privilege a few weeks back to have a senior session with Jessica! She was such an amazing young woman who we will get the honor of seeing her again here as a result of unique request for her senior portraits. In addition to this shoot we will also another session in a fall, winter, and spring setting! It was great to be able to work with a client who is able to share ideas and respond to my requests, where I have grown accustom to children who do quite the opposite! Anyway, look at what a beautiful young woman Jessica is!
