Maggie Moo!

Well, any photographer will tell you that it is the hardest thing to get pictures of your own children as you have to schedule a time with yourself just so you will do it! I can certainly attest to that as I have been trying for the past two months to get some pictures of my sweet little Maggie. She is just growing up so big and even though we think she is entering her “terrible-two’s” early, she is still the sweetest little girl with some great manners! She says “peas” (please) and “taint yoooo” (thank you) as well as so many other words and she is just so much fun and has so much personality. As much as I can’t wait to watch her grow even more I miss my little bitty cuddle bunny that would snuggle up with you for a nap! Now, she won’t even sit still long enough to think about getting a nap with her 🙂

Enough of my reminissing and on to the good stuff!

She saw daddy squatting down to take her picture and she wanted to do the same!

She is trying to cover up her giggles 🙂

She was again trying to be like daddy and she was taking my picture with her camera…how stinking cute!

This has to be my favorite. Just look at this smirk! She was definitely tired of me being in her face with the camera.

Last but not least I had to get some gorgeous pictures of my little hottie! She was looking quite rocker-chic and I had to capture a few shots. Just look how beautiful she is!! Aren’t I just the luckiest 🙂

…and some of the best I have yet to see. This was 2 year old Jackson and he was non-stop and had the best facial expressions ever!! I was able to see from happy to sad, pouty to grumpy, inquisitive to surprise, and so many more! I was so amazed how energetic and expressive this little guy was, and he was just 2! It took him a few minutes to warm-up to me, but by the end of the session he was coming over and getting under my arm to get a sneak peek at his pictures when I was looking through them on the camera.

This little man kept me smiling and laughing the whole time during our shoot and I ended up with so many great shots that it was hard to narrow it down to just a handful to tease his parents with. I think the best memory I have from this shoot was the squirrels that were all around us. Jackson couldn’t say “squirrel” so he called them a “mousshh” (mouse) and he tried his best to chase after each and every one. This entire session was just wonderful from start to finish!

To mom and dad: I hope you had as much of a good time as I did with your session. I hope that this teaser is just what you need to brighten up your day 🙂

Lets start off with a close-up of those big blue eyes!

Looking for the “mousshh”

We even took time for some quick ball playing

Blowing kisses!

Plus so many more wonderful shots!

Breakfield family

Warm weather and the great parlor chair meant that we were in for a great session! I was contacted by this great family about wanting to get a family session done along with some individuals of their two girls. It was so much fun to be able to venture back outside due to the great weather we have been having lately. It just reminded me of how much I have missed having sessions outside and how much I have to look forward to this spring! Anyway, this family was so wonderful to work with and their girls were just too cute. We had nothing but bright blue eyes and smiles to last the morning 🙂

Thank you again for a great shoot and there were so many good pictures to choose from that it was hard to limit it to just these. Enjoy!!

The family shot

This one is just timeless…

Born to Rock!

Meet Paxton…he was born to ROCK! He was such a lively little guy who kept me and his mommy on our toes. We had such a great time with his 12 month shoot and he is such a little character that he is going to be one little ladies man one of these days. I also got to meet Pax’s older brother Parker. He too was ready to cheese it up with his cute smile and big blue eyes. Just check out his long locks!! He too is great little guy with a wonderful personality. These two were so much fun and they just made my job so easy. To Pax’s mom and dad, I hope you love your pictures! You got a couple of handsome little guys on your hands 🙂

“Born to Rock”

This one has to be my favorite of the set!
