I got a wonderful call back from Jaxon’s mom asking if I would be interested in doing a three-month session for their newest son, Ashton. I was so happy that they allowed me in their home again to see this growing family and to meet little Ashton! He is such a cutie and I was even more amazed how much Jaxon has grown in the past few years! We will start off with a few captures of my little three year-old buddy, Jaxon, and then move on to the sweet Ashton.
…just look at this little man!
And now it is Ashton’s turn…
This little guy had found his hands earlier and was sure to show them off in almost every frame we had!
This is one of my new favorites!
Busy, busy, busy is the best way to describe this past month! Well, to top it off I got to see little Jaxon again and my how he has grown! He was just so much fun to spend the morning with and his parents are just the best. I had so many great pictures to choose from it was hard to narrow it down, but I am sure his parents will like all of them.
This last picture was so much fun. I had picked up this old milk crate to use as a prop, but I had been waiting until that “special” shoot for it to make its debut. I think that this was the perfect opportunity for it to do so!
I had the privilege of taking sweet little Jaxon’s 6 month pictures recently. It was so neat to be invited back by Jaxon’s parents to have another milestone session and to see how much he has grown! He is quite the little man and his pictures were so much fun. We stared off at Jaxon’s home, but with such great weather on the day of the shoot, I convinced Jaxon’s parents to go outside for more pictures. We ended up at a small park area near by for some wonderful shots. I hope this sneak peek is well worth the wait as these are just adorable 🙂
When we start by getting poses this cute you know it is going to be a great session!
I had added this wonderful suit case to my bag of tricks thanks to my wife, and with her help I recently recovered the inside with this great polka-dot fabric. I think it makes for a wonderful prop…
Jaxon practicing his Gerber look…
Last but not least is a family picture. While we were at the park shooting, there was this wonderful shoreline with the curvy walkway that just inspired me. I knew that while I was taking these they would be good, but look at what a beautiful picture this turned out to be!
I had the opportunity to take little Jaxon’s 3 month portraits. His parents just happened to be good friends with Kaylor’s parents and after seeing Kaylor’s photos, they wanted to book a session!!
The weather was hot as usual during this time here in Tennessee, but we pushed on to take some really wonderful photographs. Jaxon’s parents were just great and were really accomodating during my time in their home. Little Jaxon was great to work with too and he was just full of life during our shoot. It seems that no matter what we were wanting Jaxon to do, it seems he had other plans in mind 🙂 He was such a sweet boy and I got many wonderful shots of him that his parents will love. This is a quick preview to show just how sweet this little guy was…I hope you like them!!!!!!!
And he finally gave in for a 30 second cat nap 🙂
